Hey my loves, 

Today, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on Rise & Conquer and just how far we have come. You might have seen we have just launched our brand new course,  Find Your Voice, a step-by-step guide to starting & scaling your podcast, so I thought now was the perfect time to take a trip down memory lane… In 2019 after leaving my law job, I honestly had no plans at all. Over the next few months I spent a lot of time going inwards doing a LOT of self-development and starting the poddy was a natural progression of all of it. Your girl loves a good chat, some deep conversation and empowering others so Rise & Conquer seemed like such a natural fit. 

I had no idea what to expect when starting the podcast but from its debut we were topping the charts - I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do this without my amazing community so I am very grateful for that. 

I wanted a space to be able to empower other women to create their dream life and step into their power. Over the years we’ve had so many big milestones - here are some of my favourites: 

• 2020 - Launch of the R&C project: The Rise and Conquer Project is our signature 7-week self-development and manifesting course. In it, I teach my exact formula that I use each time I want to manifest something in my life. This was honestly such a passion project for me so to see it help thousands of other women has been so fulfilling.
• 2022 - Launch of Do it For Your Future Self: At the end of 2022, we launched our second course - Do it For Your Future Self, this is our 7-day clarity course. I wanted something that I could use to reset at the beginning of the year and this ended up being the perfect thing. 
• 2023 - 10 Million Downloads: In early 2023, the poddy reached a massive milestone; reaching 10 million podcast downloads. We celebrated with a special giveaway for our incredible community. 

2023 so far has been a big period of expansion for the brand. We have launched a few more products, new courses and done some incredible series on the podcast. 

To reflect that 5 years ago it was just me recording in my bedroom into a garage band to R&C now being a brand with a team and its own podcast studio is just mind blowing. 

The opportunities that have grown from the poddy are incredible and it has provided me with the most special way to connect with our community which I am so grateful for.

It has had such a great impact on the growth and creation of the Rise and Conquer brand and has served as one of our largest marketing funnels into our courses and products. Building the podcast has allowed us to connect on such a deep level with an incredible community.
