Imagine eating cookie dough from the jar and not feeling an ounce of guilt afterward! When it comes to treats, it can be especially hard to us to stay strong through our health journeys when something as alluring as COOKIE DOUGH is calling at us from the refrigerated section of Coles, while we’re busy minding our business trying to make healthy choices...
That being said, as a big believer in ditching diets and opting to eat intuitively instead, I believe everything in moderation is key… so if you’re REALLY craving that block of chocolate, get it. But for those days when you feel like you could manage your dessert cravings if only there was a healthy recipe out there to do so - this one's for you!
My healthy edible cookie dough recipe is completely vegan, refined sugar free, making it the perfect healthy alternative.
