Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about legacy and what kind of impact I want to leave behind on this world…  

I know it can seem like a really daunting question, but it’s so important to start thinking about and try not to let it scare us *too* much. 

The important thing to remember is - legacy doesn’t mean you have to change the world or make history. If that’s something you want to do amazing - but for everyone else try not to let the word pressure you. For me legacy is the difference I make on those around me, how Ivy will describe her mum - it really is in the little things. 

One of my favourite ways to find inspiration when it comes to creating a legacy is to find expanders. In the manifesting world, expanders are often people who you feel similar to, that have done something you want to do. The fact that they did it, gives you permission to do it too and expands you. 

But the thing is - sometimes we can’t find an expander that has done what we want to do or maybe they have but they’re nothing like us so you struggle to relate to them. Honestly, sometimes the best expanders are the ones who have achieved something totally different but their journey is amazing. 

If someone can achieve something that seems impossible, it’s proof that ANYTHING is possible if you put your mind to it and work hard enough. These “unconventional” expanders can inspire you to break out of the mould and create a unique legacy that is all your own. 

Here are some journal prompts to help you get clear on your legacy and what you want to leave behind…

• What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? 
• What do you want to be remembered for?
  What impact do you want to have on those around you?
• Have you found some good expanders to help you do that? 
• What are your core values? How will these shape your legacy?
• What have been the most significant moments in your life? How have these shaped who you are?
