Sometimes a simple dinner is the most delicious! This simple, healthy baked fish recipe might be simple, but it’s absolutely packed with flavour and will leave you with some happy little taste buds. Enjoy!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

4 fish fillets

2 gloves of garlic, minced

tsp dried herbs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter.

1 lemon
-
salt & pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut foil and place fish fillets in the center.

Combine remaining ingredients except for lemon slices in a small bowl and stir well.

Spread mixture evenly over fish, scatter lemon slices on top, and fold the edges of the foil crimping edges tightly.

Place packaged fish in a baking tray and bake 12-15 minutes, until fish is just cooked through.
