Do you remember this toxic quote that circulated social media a few years ago? It went something like this… “You don’t know how good your body can feel”. The inference was that the harder you worked and, and the ‘healthier’ you ate, the better your body would feel.
In this episode, I share how restrictive eating and over exercising used to consume me. It took YEARS of this lifestyle until I discovered that my body works best when I work with it, not against it, and that rest is sometimes one of the most powerful things you can do for it.
