Can you believe we are already nearing the end of 2023? How do you feel?
Now is the perfect time to pause, reflect and get clear on what you want to achieve in the new year. I wanted to share some of my personal tips on reflecting and setting intentions for the new year.
- Your Year in Review: Make sure to set aside time to reflect on how this year made you feel (I’ve included some journal prompts below). When doing this try to make sure you are as objective as possible - it can be so easy to get swept up by emotion.
- Celebrate all of your wins: When we are stuck in doing mode we often forget to take a step back and realise how far we have come. Make sure you take some time to celebrate all of your successes this year - it can be as simple as celebrating getting your routine down pat to hitting major milestones.
- Reflect on your lessons: Did you face any challenges this year? What did you learn from them? Is there anything that they taught you that you want to carry through into the new year?
